How much do you charge?
Most visits start with a $99 evaluation, which is applied toward the job if approved. Final pricing depends on the service, equipment, and your home’s setup.
How do I know which service I need?
Not sure? No problem. A quick evaluation helps determine whether you need a repair, new installation, upgrade, or another solution.
Can you combine services in one visit?
Yes. If you need multiple services, I can often handle them during the same appointment to save time and extra trips.
Do you service existing antennas?
Yes. Existing antennas can often be repaired, upgraded, realigned, or reused if the hardware still makes sense.
Do you install equipment I purchase?
Yes with a few exceptions. I can install customer-provided antennas if they are the same brand I use. If not, then I won’t install it due to inferior results. I’ve been doing this for many years and have seen it all. So I know what works and what does not. As a reult, I carry in-stock, only what works best. The same is true for cell phone boosters. I only install the brands I carry; nothing else.
Regarding Starlink kits, and related equipment, Yes I will install your equipment provided it’s the correct compatible supplies. I also fully stock Starlink supplies except for the full Kits. This includes mounting hardware, wiring, wire clips, wall plates, etc.
Do 150+ mile antennas work?
No. Antennas cannot pull channels from hundreds of miles away. Proper placement and quality matter more than false marketing claims. The best to expect in Michigan is 50 to 60 miles with an optimized rooftop antenna setup.
Do you install Starlink?
Yes. I install and set up customer-provided Starlink kits. I carry the rest in stock: mounts, cable, clips, wall plates, etc.
Do you work on businesses?
Yes. I provide solutions for apartments, assisted living facilities, commercial buildings, and multi-TV systems. Business service is application-based. Also, I only accept jobs that is a good fit after reviewing the application. Visit our Commercial Services page for more information.

Availability varies, but I try to get customers scheduled as quickly as possible. The fastest way to schedule is to book right here online.
