Why is only one channel breaking up?
A single channel can be affected by weather, tree growth, seasonal foliage, transmitter maintenance, or interference while other channels remain perfect.
Do I need to rescan my TV?
Yes. After installing a new antenna, replacing equipment, or when local stations make broadcast changes, performing a new channel scan is recommended.
Is my installation still under warranty?
New antenna installations include a 12-month workmanship warranty. Antenna repairs include a 90-day workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties vary by product.
What isn't covered under warranty?
Damage from lightning, wind, storms, power surges, animals, roof work, customer modifications, or work performed by others is not covered.
Can I upload pictures of the problem?
Yes. Photos of your antenna, TV screen, damaged cables, or installation help diagnose many issues before a service visit.
How quickly will I receive a response?
Most support requests receive a response within one business day.
Do you offer phone support?
Absolutely, for existing customers only. Many issues can be solved over the phone, saving you the cost of a service call.
Do I need to schedule an appointment first?
Not always. Start with the Troubleshooting Guide or submit a support request. If an on-site visit is needed, you’ll be able to schedule one.
Can you service antennas you didn't install?
We can still help, just know that we don’t cover any other company’s guarantees or workmanship. I regularly repair, upgrade, and troubleshoot systems installed by other companies or homeowners.
