What is the best way to get a quote?

How fast will I get a human reply?
For non-urgent messages, responses are usually within 1–2 business days. Service appointments and urgent requests should be booked online or through the main line.
Is the main phone line answered by AI?

Jeramie is also notified and can review calls later, allowing him to stay focused on the customer he may currently be helping on-site. Think of it as replacing voicemail, not replacing people. Where is Transition TV located?
Transition TV is an in-home service. That means they come to you and work from their truck. Avoiding the overhead expenses of a storefront has kept Transition TV in business since 2009. At the same time, around a dozen shops have opened and closed their doors due to high expenses. Technicians can’t sit around waiting for customers, and servicing them in-home at the same time. However, Transition TV is based out of Grand Haven, MI, and services customers up to a 2-hour drive distance.
Can I text or call the cell number?
The cell number is reserved for existing clients with active or prior service. New customers should use the main line, online chat, or service request forms.
Do you work on businesses?
Yes. I provide solutions for apartments, assisted living facilities, commercial buildings, and multi-TV systems. Business service is application-based. Also, I only accept jobs that is a good fit after reviewing the application. Visit our Commercial Services page for more information.
